This may seem like an easy question to answer but as we look deeper into it we start to hit some snags. Is my health different from his health? What constitutes health in the first place? What am I doing that would even be considered unhealthy anyway? I eat veggies…sometimes. What it really comes down to is that each person is unique and health is something that goes beyond just what we eat. Health is individual and multi-faceted. What works for others will not necessarily work for you. Are you a twenty something male that works out three times a week? Here are some healthy food choices to boost protein intake and keep you going strong as well as some breathing and stretching exercises to prevent muscle aches. Are you a mother of three boys and have to keep up with not only keeping them fed and happy but keeping yourself healthy? How about some quick and food recipes, some cost effective food alternatives and meditation practices to go along with it. Peas Love and Carrots seeks to provide a holistic and community approach to health, one that we can all be a part of.
